Public Outreach Fundraising is an international face to face fundraising agency that recruits and retains high value monthly donors for some of the world’s most respected non-profit organizations.

At Public Outreach, we are professional fundraisers who raise money for a select group of non-profit organizations. We provide monthly donor recruitment, retention, and strategy solutions.

Non-Profit Fundraiser

While other face-to-face fundraising consultancies employ a commission-based model, paying fundraisers at least in part based on the number of sign-ups they bring back or the amount of money they raise, Public Outreach uses a new approach.

Public Outreach Fundraising is currently hiring Fundraising Representatives! We’re looking for high-quality, energetic, articulate, and passionate individuals to help raise funds for our well-reputed NPO clients. As our philosophy states, we believe in honest, respectful, and effective fundraising. This unique, non-aggressive approach is what has made us so successful in acquiring long-term, quality donors for nonprofit organizations such as the American Red Cross and ChildFund International.

Job Requirements

Must be able to work 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM (3-4 days days a week for PT, 5 days a week FT (Full-time preferred)
Must be 18+ years old
Applicants must demonstrate excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
Canvassing/Fundraising experience a plus, but is absolutely NOT a requirement

Job Responsibilities

Effectively communicate the mission of our non-profit charity partners to the public
Work outdoors recruiting monthly donors for international and local charities

Compensation & Benefits

$10/HR guaranteed starting wage; first raise after your first week; earn up to $14/HR
Also hiring FIELD LEADERSHIP positions! Supervisors earn $15-18/HR
Amazing benefits package (Health/Dental insurance, 401K program, 2 weeks paid vacation and paid holidays)

Monthly Donors

Monthly Donors are vital to a non-profit organization's finanical health.

Not to be confused with monthly giving clubs where donors are reminded each month to mail in their donation. Monthly donors are donors who agree to set up an automatic monthly payment from their credit cards, direct debit or chequing accounts.

A Monthly Donor program will build a base of loyal donors who form strong and lasting relationships with your organization.

An average stay of five years or more on a monthly giving programme is not uncommon. A donor giving even $10 per month will often contribute $600 or more to the organization without costly re-solicitation.

When handled properly, monthly donors will continue to donate for years to come, and many will increase the size of their gift when asked.

On the street our fundraising staff are trained to engage with donors from all walks of life. Fundraisers understand the importance of qualifying each donor`s ability to donate for the long term.

Indoor Locations

In shopping malls our fundraising staff have the ability to present the best face of your organization with custom designed point of purchase materials and high volume foot traffic. An older demographic translates into an effective channel for recruiting and retaining donors for years to come

Door to Door

On each doorstep our fundraising staff can fully explain the campaign and the needs of your organization in the environment that is most comfortable for the donor.
