  • Minimum Education - University degree
  • Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience
  • Minimum of 2+ years customer service
  • High level of commitment to exceptional customer service and relationship build
  • Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in customer service and/or managing customer accounts strongly preferred
  • Ability to work in a very fast-paced sales environment
  • Answering telephone inquiries from customers, vendors and Outbound Sales Representatives
  • Efficient processing of order requests received via telephone, e-mail and facsimile
  • Providing accurate quotes and product information to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Driving Sales by up-selling/cross selling and asking for the business.
  • Providing support to the outbound sales department by keeping them updated about their customer accounts and preparing quotes, bids and reports
  • Attending product training when offered by company and partner vendors.  
  • Following up with customers on quotes, reports, orders, etc.
  • Maintaining a stellar relationship with your peers and the Outbound Sales team from your region
