At Softchoice, you will receive a tremendous amount of training.  We recognize that you need to be confident and well-trained in your role before you’re going to be successful.  Many of our Sales and Service Reps have backgrounds in retail, hospitality, restaurants and call centres.  As a result, our entry and mid-level Sales and Service positions incorporate 3-6+ months of training before diving confidently into your exciting new career.

In Operations and IT roles, you will work closely with professionals in an industry-leading company that truly wants to see you grow.  We invest heavily in your development and want to see you achieve greatness.  In return, you will be expected to work hard and constantly push yourself to new heights.

Softchoice is a reseller of IT products and services, selling hardware, software and services to companies throughout North America.  Established in Toronto in 1989, we are a growing company that has over 1000 employees and has consistently been voted as one of the Best Workplaces in Canada.  We are a billion dollar business that helps our customers by becoming a valuable and trusted advisor when it comes to making important IT decisions.
